    Hi Alex,

    Your understanding of the current chat rating behaviour is correct. We don't have any plans to change the analytics for ratings calculation as of now. 

    However, you may still achieve the goal of having chatbot-specific ratings by letting the bot send out ratings for itself to the end user (say, by using the quick reply buttons in the Conversations API), and maintain and calculate the bot-score separately.
