Just a comment that it's really difficult to find IDs for several Zendesk items, the worst of which is Brands. The workaround described in this article (https://support.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/115012471467-What-is-a-brand-ID-and-how-can-I-find-it-) is effective, but it's frustrating that there needs to be such a thing in the first place.
The upgrades made to the Ticket Field UI have been incredibly helpful and hope to see this type of UI improvement roll out to other areas. Brands, Forms, Triggers, Automations and Macros are a few areas badly in need of some attention.
