Hey team. When you message a customer natively on Facebook directly it creates a ticket in Zendesk that it connected to the Facebook Page name instead of the customer's name, so when you click on the customer's Zendesk profile there's no record of their message. Example if you need it is #18424 in belongsocial.zendesk.com.
I think it's expected behaviour, but it would be good to be able to reassign tickets to different customers or change the Facebook app.
