  Hello, i have same issue on 1.4.5 on all Pixel 3a XL devices with Android 9.

  Brett Bowser Is there any more information on this issue? We are seeing this in our production crash logs as well. We are using version 1.4.8

  Hi! I am still facing this issue, any updates about it?

   

  For me 100% of the crashes happens on Android 10 and 99% on Google Devices

  Hey Izabella,

  It looks like our developers are working on a long term fix for this issue. In the meantime, a proposed solution by one of our experts is to disable the ChatWidgetService in your app.

  Let me know if that doesn't resolve the issue as I'd be happy to create a ticket on your behalf.

  I would like to let you know that this issue should not be encountered anymore against the new version of the Chat SDK. I found that my colleagues have released the new version a couple of months ago and you can find more details here: Announcing the new Chat SDK v2 for Android and iOS.
