How can we calculate next response time in Explore?

    Hi Khadeeja, thanks for joining our Explore AMA! I attempted a few things in my test account but unfortunately I was not able to create a successful custom Next Reply Time formula in Explore.

    I'm going to pass this request on to our Explore Product Managers as a feature request as I understand this would be an ideal metric for custom reports!
