After 5pm my agents have to be online on both Zendesk Talk and Zendesk Chat.
Is there a way or a button in Zendesk Chat to mute all the sound notifications?
The reason im asking is when my agents are on the call with customer they can hear the new incoming notification from chat on the headsets.
I know I can change manually all the sound notification to NONE in Chat but this is not a solution.
Would be good to have an option/button to mute the chat notification for a certain time of period. 2h,4h, 6h during the day.
