I've got a interesting question here. As per the title of the thread, is there any way via a plugin or feature within ZenDesk to update the title of a ticket with the subject of an email that has been received on that ticket? I've provided an example below:
Step 1 - Create a new ticket named "bananas 1" with me as the requestor.
Step 2 - Zendesk will create and send me an email telling me that the ticket has been created
Step 3 - I respond to that email, but modify the email subject to be something different such as "Apples 1"
Step 4 - Zendesk receives this email, and updates the comments on the ticket.
Any advice on this would be greatly appreciated!
