Zendesk is missing a key feature that is preventing us from taking full advantage of our on hold marketing messaging system. Other providers allow for the uploading of more than one wait greeting and the system randomly chooses one of the greetings for each caller. This prevents the caller from hearing the same wait greeting every time and allows us to put marketing messages into the wait greetings rather than generic hold music without annoying our customers. This should be fairly easy to implement but provides a great service for your customers.
