We have a customer that is requiring that we collect very specific data from their end users and report on it monthly.
I have created a ticket form with 15 custom fields to collect the required data. The problem I am running into is that I can't create a report in insights with more than 7 of the required fields, if I add more then the report will not run and I get the message "Available area too small to display report. Try hiding the side bar(?) or removing some attributes from the report".
My questions are;
1) What is the side bar that is being referenced
2) Is it possible to capture the 15 custom fields in the report
3) Is there a different way to pull this data?
