Hey there all,
Our Support team works on Talk, Support & Chat and we are finding it very difficult to be able to go through their historic calls. I find very useful the History option in Chat, as there I can filter by agent and see only chats for a specific period of time, however when it comes to Calls we have to go through our Agent's account and there we can not filter anything to choose only calls. Is there a work around on this and are you planning an improvement in this area ?
