Tag on Organization not setting the Picklist Value

    Hey Jeff,

    I did some digging on my end and according to this article: Salesforce: Mapping Salesforce fields to Zendesk fields it's not possible to directly map a lookup field to a drop-down.

    Therefore what you're experiencing on your end is most likely an expected limitation.
