    We have no plans to change this right now.

    Are you experiencing issues understanding which status is set at a given time?

    Hi Dean,

    Thanks for replying. I have idle timeout set to "Off" but still my status changes to invisible. I have no means to know when this happens and my clients get angry they don't see me online.

    Hi all,

    Our support team (support@zendesk.com) should investigate this within your account, as it is not expected behaviour for your status to randomly change.

     

    Do you have operating hours or reassignment timeout enabled in your routing settings?

    No operating hours. I'm not sure what reassignment time out is.
