    Hello Michael,

    "Mr. Zendesk" here and I completely agree that in our day to day at work, emojis have become very commonplace. I don't think a day goes by when I don't send many internally between co-workers and even a few to our customers when the occasion calls for it.

    That being said, while we do not have anything to announce on this at the moment, I'm glad you brought this topic up because I think it is a fun way to improve our product, and I'll be sure to pass this on to our product team. For the time being, however, I would recommend looking into 3rd party apps to supplement this feature.
