    You can disable warm transfer here:

    Also to avoid call recordings on transferred calls i suggest to sign up for the Talk agent recording controls EAP

    Hi Thomas.

    Thanks for the reply.  That setting only affects the setting where an agent has a forwarded number setup on their account.

    I want to be able to do cold transfers to anyone even external numbers, is that possible?

    Sorry! You are right, i just testet with the new Talk console that was released with the new EAP, and blind transfer is still not available. Let med reach out to the product team to see if blind transfer is on the roadmap.
