email Chat Transcript showing wrong timezone

    Hi again,

    Changing this impacts all of our Chat customers, so unfortunately we cannot make this change easily, even though it may seem straightforward.

    I totally see the problem and understand the frustration, though.

    I will of course keep this thread open as this feedback is important to us — It will also been updated if there are any changes in the roadmap.

    The email transcript shows in UTC as per our documentation here: https://support.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/115000353048-Which-time-zone-does-Zendesk-use-#Chat_timezone

    I can confirm this is expected behaviour, but we will take your feedback on board.

    when your update this , as this code is already done by you, but why not in this part.

    please update - take test mode, then live into real chat.

    Do not Close Ticket until it solved. try to understand how this important for user. still you are not updating . it just 5 - 10 minute development code . & its already built in dashboard, dashboard showing correct time.

    very simple , small task , i think fresher also can do this.
