    Hi Tommy,

    Thanks for explaining your use-case, I can see where you are coming from here.

    You can develop and build a fully custom widget using the Web SDK, where the phone number is suppressed and a checkbox is implemented on the form.

    You can turn off the phone number field from the widget experience by unchecking this setting:


    If you want to add a checkbox to consent for the use of the phone number information, you will need to build a custom solution using the APIs like Dean mentioned above.
