    We were also called out on the widget and a multitude of ADA compliance issues of the ZD customer-facing tools.

    Just to give you a heads up, our account executive and support were completely unhelpful.  In the end, I received a forwarded message from ZD legal that it is not their responsibility to have our website be ADA compliant.  That via API's we could create our own widget.  

    We are a small company and do not have those resources.  So even though the widget was a valuable tool.  We removed it from our website.  And replaced it with a static "no Search" version that just has links to a few FAQ's and a "if you need more" link to the FAQ page to do an actual search.
