    This message box is VERY inconveniently placed. It disrupts an Agent's workflow to post this update screen RIGHT on top of the "Next" button. Would it be possible to move this message box ANYWHERE ELSE on the screen? Maybe just a 1/4" below? Or somewhere that is NOT on top of action buttons?

    Are you referring to the "ticket updated" box that pops up, or something else?
