Ability to download Answer Bot customer's input?

    Hi Delina - 

    At this time, user inputs into Answer Bot in the Web Widget are not captured. However, we do have the following recommendations for improving Answer Bot's results and how to figure out what articles to write: 

    • Make sure your articles are optimized for Answer Bot - look at your most popular/most highly viewed articles, and have versions of them that are 75 words or fewer, cover a single topic, and are phrased in the same language customers are using

    • If you have access to content cues in Guide, this can be a good source of information for what users are asking about the most often, as well as what language they're using when they conduct those searches
