Tying explore access with role has drawbacks - an alternative suggestion

    For customers on Support Enterprise, we have indeed migrated the Explore agent permission management over to custom roles. The intention is to make it easier for you to manage and maintain the permissions granted to your agents by having this configured all in one place, using an existing construct.

    I understand that may require you to create additional custom roles when agents who had the same role do/should not have the same Explore permissions.

    While there is currently no short term plans to change this, we'll keep your feedback in mind as we discuss evolutions to permissions management across products.
