    Hi Konstantin - 

    There is not a way to make the theme adjustable by end-users. Only one theme can be applied to your Help Center at a time, and it will appear the same for all users. If accessibility is a concern, the recommendation is to design your theme with accessibility in mind.

    hi Nicole,

    you can optimize themes and designs to the certain extent so all people can consume them and in any case that would not be enough.

    But this simple option would allow dedicated themes designed and implemented in a much quicker way.

    Would be great if someone from the product team reviews this request.

    It would be a good feature for theme authors to opt for in selected help center instances. This will allow us to let users (people looking to buy themes) preview different themes in same place. It will also reduce number of help centers that we have to manage just to show theme previews or demos.

    Of course, it can be used by end users; just like any software we can choose different themes, similar capabilities can be baked in Zendesk Help Center.
