    Hi Tobias - 

    If a user creates a new post to ask a question, you can respond in a comment. The comments go in chronological order. You can mark a comment as the "official comment" and this will move it to the top of the thread, just below the original post. 

    It looks like what you're dealing with is multiple users asking questions before you can get in and answer them, so your comment would be at the end of a string of questions. 

    The @ mentions feature is really helpful for this purpose, so that you can have one comment where you respond to multiple users, and they can tell which part of your response addresses each users' question. 

    i.e. your comment at the bottom of the thread might look like this: 

    @Sam: the answer to your question is to fill out form number 2A

    @Bob: in order to do that, you need to go to this office.
