How can you add integration with more than one shop?
Hi,
In my system, with the old Shopify integration, I have multiple shops linked into my Zendesk Support. Every shop has its own Shopify app displayed in the ticket side with it's own information. Same with the web widget displayed in every shop. At the moment, I can connect the new integration with only one shop. Is there any way to have the new integration linked with more than one shop? If not, any plans to implement that in the future?

Hi Lydia,
We launched the first release of the EAP for single storefront integrations. The next release will be for multiple storefronts, this is scheduled for later in May.
In the meantime you can continue using the old integration during the EAP for multiple storefronts.

Hi David, are there any plans to have a single Shopify widget support both stores?
We currently have two stores linked and require a widget for each.
Is this the expected behaviour or will this be updated in the future?

Hi Tanner,
You should be able to use the same widget across both stores. Have you been able to connect both stores with the integration? Once you've connected the store you can toggle on/off the widget from Admin Center.
