    Hey Peter,

    Looks like you haven't received a response in some time regarding this issue. Are you still experiencing a broken ticket.id link on your end? Any chance you could provide a screenshot of your trigger you've set up so we can take a look?

    We're limited on what we can assist with from our end when it comes to custom code but perhaps some screenshots will help others provide some guidance.
