    Hi Roy,

    Are you saying this Zendesk URL appears for just a few moments or does it stay there permanently when you link it? If it's the latter, that is definitely not expected.

    Were you able to complete all the steps in this document: Host Mapping - Changing the URL of your Help Center

    In particular the steps on the SSL certificate might be most relevant. As an additional troubleshooting step, I would recommend having your agents try linking from the Help Center and not from the agent interface.
