At the moment, when setting conditions in business rules (SBR, triggers and automations) you can set the same condition twice, there is no filter to exclude what you already set.
Say I am adding a business rule that needs to have all support emails as conditions. Currently, I have to manually check which ones I have added and which ones I am missing.
Would be great if when a rule already has "received at firstname.lastname@example.org", that email won't show as an option when I am adding another "received at" condition.
This affects many of our business rules. Now we want to try SBR, so I need to recreate some of the trigger conditions we created over time in SBR rules, and this will involve a lot of manual checking.
So if I want to add all support.country emails, I just select from the options in the drop-down until I run out.
Also this would reduce the chances of mistakenly choosing a duplicate value.
