Please allow End Users to forward an email to Zendesk and have the original email be the requester. We are a school district and many parents tend to email our teachers with tech support issues. We've instructed the teachers to forward those emails to our Zendesk in hopes that it would automatically make the parent the requester, only to find out that it doesn't work because they aren't Agents.
Why is this email forwarding tool only available for Agents? Why can't any triggers, automations, or macros adjust the Requester?
