    Hi Susan Reed! We did this by creating a custom ticket field in Zendesk that mirrors our statuses in JIRA, then use the JIRA post process to update that filed according to the status in JIRA. That functionality is outlined here: https://support.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/203660226

    From there, you can use the ticket field as a column for your view! Hope that works for you, but let me know if you need more informaiton.

    Hi Susan Reed,

    If your integration is bringing the Jira status over to a Zendesk field, you can add that field to a view column as usual (got to top right of the view, click down arrow, click edit, scroll down to Columns and add the custom field to the list - max 10 fields).
