You have introduced the Play button for views - complete views, with all tickets it contains.
The functionality is great!
However, often, I want to look at the tickets in a given support stream that require our action - new, open, maybe on hold, but certainly neither pending, solved or closed. And I don't want to create lots of views to be able to use the play button.
I'm not talking about a fast-running consumer-oriented ticketing system, but one for advanced IT systems or similar specialist tools, where there are (relatively) few tickets, but many interactions on each ticket.
Therefore, I propose that you add the play option
- to the dropdown beside "edit (selected) tickets" button in views
- to the search menu (maybe even include the view dropdown described above to the search results screen)
- to macros, triggers, automations
