    Thank you for your post in the Views AMA! You are definitely on the right track here for setting up this workflow.

    To have the ticket be removed from the first view and only then display in the second view (Residential Stays) once you have added the tag, I would suggest adding a condition to your New Enquiries view that is "Tag contains name of the following {name of your tag}".


    This would then prevent any of the tickets that have had the tag applied from showing up in the New Enquiries view.
