When a new ticket comes in, we have set it up into a view called New Enquiries. I then want to separate out specific enquiries regarding residential stays into a separate view. I have tried this via setting up a Tag and using the view facility, but I then get a view of the ticket in the New Enquiries and a view in the residential tag. I want to empty out the New Enquiries view at the end of each day, and not have a copy of the specific enquiry showing?
