Allow an auto-generated link to be created to update a field in a ticket
When an end-user sends in a ticket via an email and even other channels that do not fill in the ticket fields, this would allow our company to get the information we need to complete a ticket in a much simpler fashion then asking and hoping the customer provides an adequate response.
Currently, this is already implemented by the Satisfaction system and could be used for updating the ticket fields.
