Create a liquid placeholder for the Browser Information from Ticket Creation, that would be able to be accessed like all other placeholders.
We troubleshoot many issues that can be directly tied to the Browser a user is using. This would be greatly beneficial if we were able to access the Browser Information already collected by Zendesk with a placeholder. This could be used in a number of situations. For our specific use case, this would allow us to query the end-user based on the information we received to confirm it is accurate.
