    I have the same issue. But my problem is with talk tickets.

    I strongly agree with this feature. We need an option to merge multiple duplicate tickets.

    I would also say this is an issue with Talk tickets, you can merge, but sometimes the customers in our business call us many times about the same subject and 10-20 tickets have to be merged into one, it gets very messy!
