I would like the ability to hide the CSAT rating/response Banner in tickets.
I understand that we can change the viewing permissions on the ticket, but one of our business requirement is the ability for our global support staff to have access to all tickets, even closed tickets. The ability to hide the CSAT banner addresses two issues:
1. A best practice in human resources (and life) - praise publicly and correct privately. A notification of bad CSAT is a performance issue that should be addressed privately, not something on public display
2. This could be interpreted as a GDPR privacy breach for employees in Europe.
