Has anyone else observed that, over the past few months, Zendesk Support has started to, at times, peg a whole CPU core, and use large amounts of memory, making Zendesk painfully slow to use? The only solution seems to be to close the Zendesk Support tab, and re-launch it, which forces you to re-open all of the ticket tabs you previously had open. I do tend to have several ticket tabs open at once, but it seems odd that Zendesk would be doing enough behind the scenes to cause, say, 8 ticket tabs to peg a whole core in an Intel i9-9900K CPU like I have. And the problem usually goes away, at least temporarily, if you close everything and re-open it, so it seems to be something that gets worse with time. Has anyone else observed this? It seems the really good "starter" plan I am grandfathered into doesn't have email support, so I cannot just submit this to them directly. I'm hoping others have experienced this, and reported it.
