    well if this: Did you know that you can add HTML around your ticket comment placeholders to play with how your customers see your comment updates in their email notifications? If not, feel free to play around and maybe come up with some nice new looks! is true like are the written agents are able to do this because I'm invoice

    If I understand you correctly, you're asking if agents can add HTML to their tickets when they are writing them? If so, unfortunately not. The HTML must be added to the Triggers directly. If you are not an Admin on the account you likely will not have access to edit triggers.
