Use Subject Text as a view condition

    Hi Cat, 

    I can't speak with why the product team didn't include subject as one of the conditions for views when they originally built it, but I can offer a workaround: you can create a trigger to automatically tag tickets based on ticket subject data, as follows: 

    You can then use the ticket tag added by the trigger to create a view for tickets with these tags. 

    We also have an existing feedback request for this feature - in order to keep the conversation streamlined I'd encourage you to up vote and share your comments there: Views should include the condition "subject"
