    Yes, I would agree with the above. With the background of having set automatic reminders to people raising tickets, and ultimately closing tit automatically if no reply has been received, it would be very beneficial for our agents to know when to suspend a ticket and be able to reply once the person raising the ticket is back in the office.

    Agreed! Better control/configuration of OOO messages is needed in Zendesk.
