In the 'Unassigned tickets' queue, I would like to be able to adjust the background of tickets regarding the requested time (waiting time).
- Green background for tickets that are 'less than a minute ago' to '40 minutes ago'.
- Yellow background for tickets that are '41 minutes ago' to '59 minutes ago'
- Red background for tickets that are '60 minutes ago' to +
I have a seen similar query more than a year ago but cannot find a previous post here.
Kindly confirm if this is being worked on?
