    Concerrned about two items.

    1.  Great that we can use macros - however the macro formatting is not supported so if you have spaces or line breaks in the macro - they are not available. Thus making the macro look like a messy paragraph and causes the agent more time to clean them up before sharing with the customer.

    2.  The old version of Chat - User info shared the customer's browser, is this something being considered?

    Hi Stacey, 

    We are not considering building support to share user meta information for Q3 and as an alternative customer will have to open the same chat in the chat dashboard.

    What about the visitor list? The visitor list was a major functionality just to see who's on the app or website
