Zendesk increased from 20 MB to 50 MB, and I assume there was no customer research done.
Therefore let us do that research for them. Everyone, please comment in the thread to let Zendesk know what your reasonable requirement is for the size in attachments of tickets.
For our company, 200 MB would be the magic number.
We are a technology company so clients sometimes need to upload their log files with templates.
