    Hi Oliver,  

    Phone calls like this will be marked with the Not answered call completion status, but you will need to use the new Completion status attribute (the old one is marked with 'Obsolete' label now). This is the update we have introduced recently, here is the announcement - https://support.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360051542754 

    If these calls will still be marked as Completed please let us know.
