    Hi 혜령 고

I have added the code of the submit a request link of the header, Place that code on the header under "nav" tag or search for the "user-nav" Class in the header.hbs file. I have also attached the Screenshot of the target class of the header

     {{link 'new_request' class='submit-a-request'}}

Please let me know if you have any issue

    Thanks

    Pulkit

    Hi, Pulkit!

    Thanks for reply.

I tried as you said but it doesn't work.

I also checked the Support setting. The Help Center widget is already on.

    May I get more help?

    Hi 혜령 고

Try to change the User role, I think you are on manager or agent user role, change the user role from the dropdown to End-User or Anonymous then submit a request link will be shown on the menu bar.

Let me know if it solves your issue

    Thanks

    Hi, Pulkit

Sadly a request link doesn't show. This is our Help Center https://support.banksalad.com/hc/ko

How can I solve this problem?

    Hey 혜령 고,

It looks like there's an issue with your theme as I'm able to navigate directly to the page here: New Request

Hopefully Pulkit can jump back in here and offer up some guidance. However, you may want to take a look at your theme again to see if there's any conflicting code. It may also be worth temporarily reverting back to the default Copenhagen theme to see if the button shows up properly there.

    Cheers!

    Hey, 혜령 고

Sorry for the late reply, I have gone through your HC, through the link you have provided and I found that the new request is coming with the name called " Inquiry Registration" on the header but it was not displaying because you have made a header display: none.

You have written the CSS on the line no: 452 on your style.css file.

    here is the screenshot

On the above screenshot, you can see that when I have removed the display: none form the header class then a new request is start showing, by the way, it's off in alignment.

Let me know if need any help

    Thanks

    Pulkit
