    Hey Mike,

    Just for clarification, you're trying to push this data from one Zendesk account to another? I see your post mentions pushing this data to FreshDesk which isn't possible.

    If you haven't done so already, I also recommend checking out our Support API as I think this will help accomplish what you're looking for. You'll of course want to get your developers involved to code this but it should be possible.
