    Hi Lisa, we have an EAP open at the moment that allows skills filtering to be applied to multiple Views. We are also working on the ability to bulk apply a skill to several agents at once. The ability to change skills on several tickets using a trigger or macro is on our roadmap and I will revert once we have a clear timeline on when this will be released.
