    Hello Tejas,

    Currently, there is no native chat timer feature in Zendesk Chat. I checked our marketplace and there does not appear to be an app currently built for this platform but I would agree this would be a great feature to consider! 

    The closest we can get to real-time Chat data would be through Monitoring real-time chat metrics and Real-Time Chat API.

    I encourage you to create a new post in the Feedback on Chat in our community to engage with other users who have similar needs and discuss possible workarounds. Conversations with a high level of engagement ultimately get flagged for product managers to review when they go through roadmap planning! :)
