    I have the same error with other custom attribute i've tried change the syntax the calculation and the error persist if anyone know what is the root of the error will be valuable information.

    We were able to resolve the error by using the calculated metrics below. Hope you find it useful.

    IF (VALUE(First resolution time (min))!=NULL AND VALUE(First resolution time (min))>0 )
    THEN DATE_FORMAT(DATE_FROM_TIMESTAMP(DATE_TO_TIMESTAMP([Ticket created - Timestamp])+VALUE(First resolution time (min))*60),"YYYY-MM-dd")
    ELSE "-"
