I'm trying to get my head around the logs for Zendesk Talk in the customer context interaction list.
The ticket is empty but is recorded as 23 minute call in the body.
the second internal message from the bottom state that this is a call back call.
The Sunshine app display a 1 minute call
The Zendesk Talk log in the interaction list displays several 1 minute calls the same day and also that there was two incoming calls without an ending call... =/
