    If you are a Zendesk Chat customer you can make the chat option available via the 'Widget' options in Zendesk Support. Go to Admin > Channels > Widget, and then toggle the 'Chat' option. If you want to remove the contact form completely you can also do that here, but if no one is available to take a chat the customer will still be asked to leave a message.
