Emojis for the Upselling chat triggers

In E-Com many campaigns are related to celebrating festivities (Christmas, Halloween, Oktoberfest......)
It will be amazing to have the possibility to add emojis to the chat upselling triggers. (little Santa, Spooky ghost, Beers....)
Hope this could be developed as it will add more happiness and interaction with the customers on chat.

this should already be possible as the emojis are part of your computer.In any textbox or textarea on a site, forum or community there’s a simply shortcut to open up the emoji keyboard
On Mac CTRL + CMD + Space
On Windows Windows + ; (semi-colon) or Windows + . (period)
Or you should be able to copy-paste them in there. -

This is amazing as I just tested it and it worked fine.
Please update your Support team about this because when I had a chat with your support they mentioned that this option unfortunately not available. That's why I posted this feedback here on the community page.
